Responsibilities :
STORE OPERATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ensure all company procedures are adhered to with regards to: health & safety, hygiene, licensing
Ensure store appropriately staffed at all times to meet customer requirements
Manage and oversee the food quality from the kitchen to ensure standards are met.
Ensure all security procedures are adhered to within the area of cash handling, stock control and the premises
Respond to customer feedback according to company guidelines
Build a rapport with customers whilst on duty to obtain feedback on the store performance
Ensure security procedures are adhered when issuing door keys to staff members
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Lead, manage, develop and motivate team to achieve highest possible standards
Minimise labour turnover by understanding and addressing concerns through effective communication
Identify development needs of the team and address by providing the appropriate coaching and training
Carry our regular staff appraisals with regular follow up reviews
Coach Management team ensuring effective delegation of responsibility
Recognise and praise good performance within the team
Identify and effectively manage poor performance
Communicate relevant company information to the team through the appropriate channels
Supervise team schedules, working hours, and manage payroll
BUDGETARY CONTROLS AND ADMINISTRATION
Maximise store sales by ensuring high standards of customer service and product availability at all times
Optimise contribution through controlling all costs – labour, food, and other variable costs
Ensure all end of week paperwork in completed to standard
Prepare monthly budgets and produce weekly/monthly accounts and reports
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Participate in local events, school events where appropriate to promote Dominos Pizza as can be consult with LSM team
Build relationships with local businesses to promote store take-away menu
Working closely with Area Manager and Operations Manager to produce marketing plan to generate new business from the local community
Actively work hard to generate key accounts

Requirements :
☑ Holds minimum a diploma degree from university of any major
☑ Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager/Assistant Manager in F&B industry
☑ Demonstrated leadership abilities, people management skills, mentoring & coaching
☑ Effective All round communication skills
☑ Excellent Interpersonal skills
☑ Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
☑ Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
☑ Depth of understanding in store profit and loss report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety.
☑ Understand specific training modules (i.e. PULSE, SAP, Restaurant Operations)
